Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Systems Engineer to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading logistics IT system/process improvement projects, including system configuration and testing, managing end-user training, and regular maintenance and upgrade according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead logistics IT system/process improvement projects, including system configuration and testing, managing end-user training, and regular maintenance and upgrade according to business needs.
  • Provide daily support on WM & MM module in SAP.
  • Ensure SAP master data quality control and process optimization in logistics area (RACE, CSI).
  • Identify potential automation/digitalization improvement projects and take leading and project management according to department vision.
  • Coordinate with internal & external resources to develop proper IT/digital solution for business needs, improve working efficiency/planning maturity via Power platform or data analytic tools.
  • Oversee the process from the start of the projects to final delivery, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring budgets/expenses, to ensure smooth project completion with well risk mitigation and control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in logistic engineering/industrial engineering/information technology.
  • At least 5 years experiences in supply chain management or Lean logistic/Production related.
  • Familiar with ERP System like SAP.
  • Project management skills.
  • Always take initiative and have cooperative mindsets.
  • Able to work independently under fast-paced & complex environment.
  • Coding like Power platform, VBA, SQL, phyton is preferred.
  • Fluent English.
