About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets of the Douyin platform by developing business with a profitable Profit and Loss, analysing their performance, creating customer plans, following promotional implementation, negotiating contracts terms and joint business plans, managing the budget assigned and placing promotional orders etc.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and propose promotional plans for the Douyin platform to implement strategic goals for business growth.
- Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives
- Propose a Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the E-Key Accounts assigned;
- Allocate EC KA volumes and trade spending budgets;
- Monitor Sales Targets achievement on a monthly basis and propose revisions to the EC Channel Manager where necessary (volumes, profits);
- Monitor Profit and Loss in the EC Key Accounts assigned;
- Forecast promotional sku quantities.
To be successful in this role and at Ferrero, you'll need to be consumer and product centric, dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world. You'll need to be passionate about business development and have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
