Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in South China. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize penetration to metro customers and ensure the growth of order intake to serve Mobility all Business Units in South China region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop market potential and trend, as well as, customer business targets, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers.
  • Drive metro customer sales targets alignment with BU(s) for the target achievement.
  • Develop and execute the agreed rail transit customer strategy.
  • Develop strategic partnership and establish relationship with appropriate Customer's decision makers, ensure access to customer leaders for BU(s), combines the know-how and set up good communication hub.
  • Identify, drive and develop short/long term business opportunities as part of 3-5 years account business plan.
  • Follow the principle of "One clear face to the customer", as well as Mobility KAM guidelines and process.
Requirements:
  • An above-average Master's, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation.
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained either through studying, working or living.
  • Flexibility and mobility especially within the program duration.
  • Technology/Engineering/Science education background.
  • Experience in account management or sales, in rail transit related industry is preferred.
  • Knows/understands the core processes of the customer and the relevant industry; knows the value chain of the customer, understands the business strategy and implications to be able to identify additional business potential.
  • Has knowledge of selling techniques as a structured process for selling value at the decision maker level.
  • Good understanding, interested in or passionate to learn about metro/rail market, such as elements drives the market, challenges, future trends, etc.
  • Teamwork spirit. Be able to manage and motivate people and yourself according to Mobility and Regional manager requirements.
  • Work effectively with individuals from multiply cultures and background.
  • Excellent command of English.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Major Preferred in Automation, Transportation, Rail Transit Signaling and Control.
  • Basic knowledge with rolling stock industry or education gained in 'transportation universities' is preferred.
