Key Responsibilities
  • Independently develop assigned styles and collections in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Design, PLM, Team Head Development, Sourcing, and Garment Suppliers.
  • Ensure timely sample delivery, high-quality execution, and accurate fitting.
  • Drive proactive communication with internal and external teams to facilitate a smooth product development process.
  • Provide valuable inputs, comments, and suggestions to enhance product value.
  • Ensure timely product finalization and approval, including artwork approvals, prior to bulk order placement.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating necessary documents, such as style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments.
  • Ensure timely data administration in Puma's Product Range Management system and related IT systems.
  • Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve optimal FOB/margins.
  • Activate cost benchmarking activities for high-volume styles to maintain FOB competitiveness.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent education with a focus on textile/garment technology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the textile/garment industry with expertise in Apparel.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Internet.
  • Team player with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
