China iXp Intern: Product Management and Development

Role Summary
SAP is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a China iXp Intern in Product Management and Development. This role will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, development, and analytics, while working alongside a dynamic team of professionals.
About the Role
The China iXp Intern will support the product management team in operating the SAP market-leading business analytics product's WeChat channel and customer community, creating data visualizations, conducting market/competitor research, evaluating and testing product designs, and building and conducting product training presentations.
Responsibilities
- Support the product management team in operating the SAP market-leading business analytics product's WeChat channel and customer community.
- Create data visualizations using JavaScript.
- Conduct market/competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate and test product designs to ensure they meet customer needs.
- Build and conduct product training presentations to educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Support day-to-day activities of the product management team, including product Proof of Concept, customer feedback collection, product forums monitoring, and product wiki updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, or IT-related majors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and hands-on experience in operating social media accounts, such as WeChat.
- Experience in business intelligence, financial planning/budgeting processes, and machine learning is a plus.
