China iXp Intern: Innovation and Collaboration

About the Role:
The China iXp Intern is a unique opportunity to join SAP's global internship program and contribute to the company's innovation and collaboration efforts. As a member of the Labs China team, you will be responsible for improving developers' daily working experience and development productivity through the Development Experience global program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track global programs' roll-out plan and align with Labs LoB teams for execution.
- Bridge global resources to local teams and bridge local requirements to global teams.
- Coordinate the realization of more AI empowered development workflows and tools to improve developers' efficiency and experience.
Requirements:
- Senior students in university.
- Love development operations and project management tasks.
- High interest in knowing and contributing to corporate software lifecycle management.
- High learning efficiency.
- Ability to work flexibly and agilely.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate smoothly.
- Candidates preferred - have systematic AI trainings or with AI related project experience.
- Candidates preferred – originate from economic and social weaker areas; or study at universities located in economic or social weaker areas.
- Ability to work for minimum 3-4 days a week for at least 5 months onsite in Shanghai.
