Your Team

As our new Client Application Specialist, you will join the Customer Services division. This team is dedicated to ensuring seamless business operations. They proactively address challenges before they escalate into issues and guarantee smooth maintenance and upgrades. The team also provides user support, comprehensive documentation, and long-term application oversight to ensure everything functions effectively.

Your Profile

We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree (or equivalent experience) with a keen interest in information technology.
  • A dedicated relationship builder who enjoys fostering long-term connections with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a keen desire to delve into details.
  • A collaborative team player who can also operate independently.
  • The capability to work methodically and adhere to established procedures while continuously seeking improvement. You should be comfortable with multitasking.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with the OMP Solution.
