As a Strategic Brand Advisor at Siegel+Gale, your responsibilities will include:


• Conducting and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative research through competitive assessments, analysis of customer and industry trends, stakeholder interviews, field observations, customer journey mapping, and persona development.


• Integrating insights to formulate brand strategies for prominent clients, including positioning, portfolio strategy, architecture, messaging, experience design, and more.


• Collaborating with various teams, from research to design, experience, naming, and communication, to bring strategies to fruition.


• Supporting team members with a meticulous approach to research and content collection, while also contributing to insight generation and creative brainstorming.

You will excel in this role if you possess:


• A strong commitment to cultivating and enhancing our organizational culture.


• Relevant internship or work experience (preferred).


• Exceptional decision-making abilities and the capacity to exercise sound judgment.


• Proven quantitative skills, along with a passion for developing and understanding brand strategy.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• A strong inclination for thorough research and a talent for connecting insights.


• A genuine enthusiasm for brand experiences and an interest in both digital and physical experience design.


• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.


• The ability to think across various disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.


• A knack for simplification.


• Proficiency in digital platforms.
