Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Professional to join our team in China. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and success planning sessions to ensure customer adoption and value realization
  • Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions
  • Work closely with client sales executives to drive add-on revenue goals
  • Establish and maintain a clean book of business, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer engagement, with a focus on managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Experience in developing advanced account strategies that drive success through delivering value and insight
  • Strong understanding of customer life cycle management and ability to drive customer adoption and value realization
  • Proven ability to exceed retention and revenue targets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive a value-based conversation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issue resolution and navigate customers
  • Fluency in English and experience working in an English environment
