Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CTW. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to English-speaking players, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to English-speaking players, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Analyze player feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the development team to localize game content and community materials, enhancing player engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- A deep interest in games and otaku culture, with a strong understanding of the gaming market, culture, and terminology in English-speaking regions.
