Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist English Language Support at CTW, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to English-speaking players, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone to English-speaking players.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for the development team.
- Assist in the localization of game content and community materials to enhance player engagement.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deep interest in games and otaku culture, with familiarity with the gaming market, culture, and terminology in English-speaking regions.
