    • Develop and implement operating plans to achieve team objectives and ensure the efficient operation of our electrical systems.
  • Facility Emergency Response
    • Respond to facility emergencies and perform required actions to ensure the safety of our employees and the integrity of our equipment.
  • Day-to-Day Operations
    • Conduct daily patrols to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Build effective relationships with plant cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation and Training
    • Implement and document material, process, and equipment changes in accordance with Process Control and Process Discipline protocols.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Cooperate with engineers to complete daily maintenance work and assigned tasks from supervisors.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Execute documented operating procedures and follow established document control protocols to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development
    • Implement annual training and certification plans to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Preventive Maintenance
    • Implement preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and condition-based maintenance activities to achieve facility maintenance performance goals.
  • Improvement Initiatives
    • Initiate improvement cases by plant-side activities and execute department-wide activities to improve department performance.
  • Intellectual Property Protection
    • Execute the protection of Corning's intellectual property.
  • Culture and Safety
    • Work with the team to build a safety, learning organization, and positive and proactive culture.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Graduated from college or above with an electrical background.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Familiar with the operation principle of electrical systems.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Physical and Mental Demands
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
