We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to enhance our team.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Expanding our Premier client base and nurturing long-lasting relationships with an assigned portfolio of Premier clientele.
Overseeing the comprehensive wealth management of your clients by aligning our financial and investment product offerings with their specific financial objectives.
Advocating for our Premier Services to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and making referrals to other business units when appropriate.
Assisting in branch enhancement initiatives, providing valuable customer feedback on our services, and ensuring adherence to audit standards and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements for success in this role include:
A university degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills.
Strong sales acumen and customer orientation, complemented by effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A high level of customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering outstanding service quality.
A solid understanding and keen interest in financial markets.
A mature and independent approach, capable of performing effectively under pressure.
Strong commercial awareness coupled with sharp interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
