We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

About the Role

In this role, you will impact the business by supporting the achievement of Country AOP, achieving agreed Key Performance Indicator objectives by developing existing and new relationships, building effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships, and completing regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long-term needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of Country AOP
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicator objectives by development of existing and new relationships
  • Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships
  • Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long-term needs
  • Maintain a minimum standard of qualifying Premier clients within portfolio as stated by Group
  • Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, mortgage, etc.
  • Knowledge of the constantly changing laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
  • Strong presentation and sales skills
  • Objection handling techniques
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
