At Element Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our SAS business at several identified Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel and management in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Lead solution development and value creation efforts to address customer needs
  • Take personal responsibility for senior-level customer communication, including key negotiations and contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic account management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Established network and relationships in the industry and at top automotive OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and willingness to travel up to 70%
