Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Channel Bakers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring that all strategy is executed on time and to budget.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate regularly with clients via calls, email and in person meetings to update on campaigns and discuss campaign actions and activities.
- Oversee budget pacing & management, click credits tracking, launching campaigns, optimizing rulesets and all DSP activity.
- Prepare reports and analyze data and insights.
- Carry out brand and product research.
- Support the Strategic Account Director or Executive with strategic client needs.
- Support Advertising Specialists to ensure their tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong and productive working relationships with Amazon pertaining to client growth, budget and strategy, client managing, etc.
- Minimum 2+ years of Marketing or Advertising account management experience in a fast moving, client facing environment.
- Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications preferred.
- Experience of Amazon Advertising and exposure to Demand Side Platform (DSP) a bonus.
- Experience of working within a high performing team.
- Good analytical and qualitative skills - numbers don't scare you.
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc). Intermediate or advanced excel skills are an advantage.
- Confident at building new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
- Passionate about driving your own professional and personal development.
- The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, uses hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time.
- This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.
- Frequently standing/sitting/walking up to 8 hours per day.
- Frequently using hands/arms up to 8 hours per day.
- Occasionally lifting between 5 – 50 lbs.
- Occasionally climbing/crouching/crawling.
- Occasional exposure to fumes.
- Moderate noise level.
- Frequently viewing a computer monitor screen up to 8 hours per day.
- Social Insurance and Housing Fund, annual health check.
