Job Title: HR Specialist - Innovation Driver

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and internal HR users across various HR functions.
  • Identify solutions to resolve employee inquiries and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain content and services in the AskHR portal, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage change management for system updates and service enhancements.
  • Partner with HR teams to understand policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring seamless support to stakeholders.
  • Work on special assignments or projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR functions.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in an HR Call Center.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
