  • Bachelor’s degree and above in business administration, HR or related filed. Master’s degree is preferable.工商管理,人力资源管理及其他相关专业大学本科学士学位以上,硕士学位尤佳。
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Japanese communication skill is preferred.流利英语听说读写能力。有日语沟通力更佳。

 

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • Minimum 8 years working experience of China/Japan payroll and payroll/attendance system and tax experience in global company.至少8年以上国际性公司薪酬和薪酬/考勤系统及税务工作经验(中国/日本)。
  • Successful experience in payroll/attendance system project management (China/Japan).成功的薪酬和考勤系统项目管理经验(中国/日本)。
  • Strong payroll system operation/analysis and data analytical skills.优秀的薪资系统运营及分析能力和数据分析能力。
  • Good business understanding and strategic thinking.深入理解业务的能力和战略性思维能力
  • Strong stakeholder management skill, communication and facilitation skill.优秀的业务相关方管理能力,沟通与辅导能力。
  • Preferably Six Sigma or LEAN experience in HR.最好有人力资源六西格玛或精益经验。

 

Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:      

  • Ensure the high-quality and high compliance delivery of payroll operation and audit management in assigned APAC countries, including regular/irregular payroll, tax, personnel cost budget, report and analysis, audit etc.确保在指定的亚太区国家/地区提供高质量和高合规的薪资操作交付及审计对应,包括定期/不定期的薪资、税务、人员成本预算、报告和分析、审计等。
  • Drive continuous improvement of payroll operation process. Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation, including improvements within payroll operations and across functions.持续推动薪资运营流程的改进。识别改进机会并领导实施,包括薪资运营部门内部操作和跨职能部门之间的改进。
  • Drive payroll process standardization among APAC countries. 推动亚太区多个国家的薪资运营流程标准化。
  • Lead major payroll/attendance system upgrade projects and major technology improvement projects as project manager, possibly in multiple countries/organizations in APAC.作为项目经理领导重大的薪资/考勤系统升级项目和重大的技术升级项目,有可能是在亚太区多个国家和组织中。
  • Ensure the implementation of the global payroll strategy in APAC. Work closely with APAC payroll process expert.确保全球薪资战略在亚太区的执行,与亚太区薪资流程专家保持密切配合。
