Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Software Delivery Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate ADAS algorithm software with target platforms or ECUs, ensuring smooth and robust performance.
  • Perform integration testing to guarantee software quality.
  • Deliver qualified ADAS software into program lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain software tools, leveraging expertise in C++, Python, and other programming languages.
  • Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
  • Work closely with automotive industry experts to ensure compliance with industry standards, such as CAN.
  • Integrate software with Android systems on HW platforms.
  • Utilize build systems like Make, CMake, Bazel, SCons, and Jenkins for Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Apply software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing with C++/Python or other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with ADAS features, simulation, and debugging.
  • Experience with Car Maker, VTD, Carla, CarSim, and other simulation software.
  • Familiarity with basic operation and maintenance tool chains, such as Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
  • Experience in testing data analysis and trouble shooting.
  • Experience designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end software tools.
  • Experience in Automotive industry and Automotive standards such as CAN.
  • Experience for integrating software in Android system on HW platform.
  • Experience with a build system: Make, CMake, Bazel, SCons, etc.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory or other tools for Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD)
  • Experience working in software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas.
