Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, ADAS System Engineering to lead and manage our ADAS system engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to projects, from technical, resource, and quality aspects, and ensuring customer project delivery in China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing department operation events, such as recruitment, performance assessment, target setting, administrative events, training, policy, and quality
  • Seeking business opportunities from external and group internal clients
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Planning and building up department competence according to China market
  • Leading and contributing to projects, from technical, resource, and quality aspects
  • Ensuring customer project delivery in China
  • Guiding technical solutions and proposing China solutions to customer management
  • Cooperating in project-oriented teams with the customer as well as cooperation with international development partners
  • Essential reporting to in/external matrix organization
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary project team
  • Supervising development partners and suppliers

Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or an equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 years professional knowledge of ADAS system architecture, system integration, function architecture
  • Experience on design, analysis system architecture, and system requirements from more than 5 ADAS SOP projects in China
  • Familiar with front-edge technology and system capabilities of radar, camera, domain ECU, lidar, map, and V2X
  • Familiar with mainstream ADAS functions and parking functions in China market
  • Knowledge in development with automotive SPICE processes according to current standards and current methods for function- and software development
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in managing and leading team scale over 7
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills, strong teamwork spirit, task, and work planning skills
  • Driving license
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus
