Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at ASML.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers and internal stakeholders to provide advanced technical support and solutions. As a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for defining problems, generating action plans, and recommending solutions to customers. You will also provide support in resolving issues and documenting procedures to aid customers in using ASML products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define problem statements and generate action plans to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers, including data analysis and result reporting.
  • Guide customers in tests to ensure efficient execution and accurate data interpretation.
  • Organize short- and long-term tests to obtain new information on advanced techniques and technologies.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of progress.
  • Prepare presentations to provide new customer support and assist sales in technical presentations.
  • Document activity through reports, briefs, or memos to enhance service capability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of ASML products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
