Job Description

Overview:

Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on business development and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
