We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Lead Athlete. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team of sales associates.

• Provide high-level customer service and sales support to customers
• Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
• Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a positive customer experience

• College degree or above, with 4+ years relevant experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
