Production Operations Coordinator

NOVARES is seeking a dedicated Autonomous Production Group Leader (M/F) to join our Manufacturing division.

Objective

Support production efforts and lead the Autonomous Production Team, ensuring the achievement of Quality, Cost, Deadline, and Safety Management goals.

Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee and Ensure Production
- Guarantee production efficiency, measurement, or setup based on technical expertise
- Manage team member replacements as necessary
- Facilitate the transmission of instructions
- Organize production using the kanban system and logistics
- Conduct or delegate level 1 maintenance at workstations
- Perform production audits and implement corrective action plans
- Identify and resolve standard operational issues effectively
2. Coordinate Team Activities
- Lead shift start meetings
- Integrate and monitor training for new team members
- Develop action plans based on project objectives and coordinate team tasks
- Track performance metrics and implement necessary corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental protocols
- Report issues promptly
- Facilitate communication and responsiveness within the team
- Clarify and enforce compliance with operational standards
- Assist in evaluating team members
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on shared goals
3. Organize and Schedule Team Activities
- Approve production initiation
- Ensure adherence to 5S principles
- Update performance indicators for the Autonomous Production Team
- Monitor attendance and training within the team
- Manage administrative tasks related to the Autonomous Production Team
- Participate in production cell meetings
- Coordinate team holiday schedules
- Verify compliance of workstations
4. Facilitate Continuous Improvement
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive measures
- Engage in working groups to drive progress
- Encourage and process team suggestions
5. Provide Technical Support
- Offer technical guidance to operators and setters
- Assess training needs and provide necessary training
- Support team members in achieving their objectives
- Promote versatility within the team Qualifications

Strong understanding of cross-functional processes, adept at resolving technical challenges and providing solutions.
- Cultivates a team-oriented environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and addressing critical issues with management.

Candidate Profile:
