Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate daily report preparation, overtime tracking, and management of warehouse consumables and packaging materials.
  • Analyze daily inbound and outbound data, summarize findings, and identify operational issues.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for inbound, packaging, and outbound processes, communicating with relevant departments for improvement.
  • Coordinate activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Access, SQL, PowerQuery, Power Pivot.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and lead HSE training.
  • Warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Two-year university degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field of study.
  • Trade knowledge application and mode selection.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics provider management.
