Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily report preparation, overtime tracking, application and management of warehouse consumables and packaging materials, encompassing work planning, progress updates, and task follow-up.
  • Analyze daily inbound and outbound data, summarize findings, and identify operational issues, reporting them promptly to superiors.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for inbound, packaging, and outbound processes, communicating with relevant departments for improvement on underperforming areas.
  • Analyze costs associated with inbound, packaging, and outbound activities, identifying cost control points and proposing improvements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate operations through interaction with operations management.
  • Coordinate activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.
  • Ensure accountability, collaboration, and effective communication within the team.
  • Lead HSE Training and actively engage the workforce.

Requirements:

  • Operational understanding of daily operations and procedures in a parts warehouse.
  • Strong analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Access, SQL, PowerQuery, Power Pivot.
  • Willingness to work overtime and ability to handle work pressure.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills for effective interaction within and outside the team.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Passed College English Test Band 4 with good reading and writing skills in English.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics provider management.
