About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing effective recruitment channels, and ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Execute the annual training plan, conduct training records, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights to improve employee experience and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure daily operations and documents meet requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruiting or training functions in a foreign-invested factory.
• Familiarity with labor laws and human resource management regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and logical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with knowledge of PC application software.
• Detail-oriented, team player, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
