Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Development: Lead the development and implementation of warehouse strategies to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with management processes.
  2. Operations Management: Drive excellent performance and management of receiving, dispatching, material handling, waste handling, stock count, and clinical trial sample management.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety master plans and activities across all warehouse areas, ensuring compliance with ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering according to plans and developing according to the overall mission and strategy of STJ.
  5. Project Management: Own and drive responsible warehouse projects, including site major investment projects related to warehouse expansion and GSP warehouse.
  6. Quality and Compliance: Drive quality activities and strive for high levels of compliance, ensuring all quality performance is systematically managed and achieved.
Requirements:
  1. Education: College education background and above, major in pharmaceutical, management, logistics, statistical, or related areas.
  2. Experience: 8+ years of management experience in a GMP warehouse and supply chain related area, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  3. Skills: Strong LEAN knowledge and experience of optimization to meet business needs, strong competence on risk management and project management, and mastery of SAP and ERP systems.
