**Patent Litigation Attorney Role at Tencent**

At Tencent, our Legal and Public Policy team is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney with a focus on patent litigation. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert legal counsel to our business partners, identify potential legal risks, and develop strategic solutions to optimize business growth in a safe and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our technical team to conduct thorough patent analysis and develop sound legal strategies.
• Effectively respond to patent-related disputes and provide expert legal counsel to our business partners.
• Manage patent matters in coordination with external legal counsel to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of patent litigation cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and lead internal education and training programs for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Law (LLM) degree from a reputable US law school.
• Admitted to the bar as a US attorney with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A relevant technical background or experience in internet/software-related matters is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages to communicate effectively with our global teams.
• A collaborative team player with a sense of adventure and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
