Job Description

We're seeking a Business Expert for the Component & Quotation Flow Beauty team, focusing on product quotation and data analysis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system tailored to H&M Group's beauty needs.

About the Component & Quotation Flow Beauty team

The team operates within the Component & Quotation Value Stream, part of Production Processes and Tech Development. Our mission is to digitalize the beauty assortment workflow, and you'll be instrumental in making this happen.

Role Overview

As a Business Expert, you'll act as a Requirement Analyst or Business Analyst, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving beauty product quotation processes
  • Enhancing product value for end-users
  • Translating business requirements into actionable product features and user stories
  • Collecting and analyzing data to improve user experience and support business actions
  • Optimizing existing business processes through data and user insights
  • Ensuring alignment of product deliverables with business objectives via User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Fostering continuous collaboration between stakeholders to integrate business and technology
  • Conducting training sessions to engage and motivate the team and stakeholders
