About the Role

Nexperia, a leading global semiconductor company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Sourcing Manager to join its team. As a key member of the procurement organization, you will be responsible for managing the total IT spend on a global level, liaising with IT vendors and departments, and negotiating payment terms and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the total IT spend on a global level, ensuring cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and departments to secure the best IT performance throughout the organization.
  • Negotiate payment terms, contracts, and vendor performance management.
  • Benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Measure supplier performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Source market information, latest trends, and benchmarking best practices in procurement area.
  • Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully compliant with the requirements.

Requirements

  • BSc Business degree or related study and CIPS, NEVI, or similar procurement education.
  • Solid sourcing category experience in the IT area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Proven project management experience with data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible in adapting to changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements.
  • International travel to strategic suppliers will be part of this challenging job.
