About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Operations team at Amazon Global Selling. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex seller data and marketing performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex seller data and marketing performance to identify and develop segmentation criteria for marketing campaigns.
  • Design and configure marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign execution.
  • Build up and refine metrics framework to measure and track campaign performance.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) a strong plus.
  • Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).
  • Knowledge of data modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and executing presentations of analysis and insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
