Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Food team. As a key member of our service team, you will partner with clients to fuse data, science, and talent to provide measurement and improvement for the markets we serve.

Your primary responsibility will be to compile, analyze, and interpret sales data, writing client reports and constructing presentations that drive actionable recommendations. You will also be responsible for expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement.

You will build and maintain ongoing relationships with identified key persons within client organizations, proactively supporting team leaders and interacting with Client Engagement teams.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance client service standards in accordance with evolving client expectations
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing insightful recommendations during presentations or business reviews
  • Expand our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with identified key persons within client organizations
  • Support team leaders and interact with Client Engagement teams
Qualifications

A strong candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in research or marketing within the Market Research/FMCG/Retailing industry. Excellent communication and consultative convincing skills in English and Mandarin are essential. Additionally, a consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution proposals based on data and data analysis is required.

Good logical thinking and analytical skills, as well as good presentation skills, are necessary for success in this role.
