Your Role

In this role, you will assist AME engineers in designing and producing manufacturing processes, standardize operations, and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems
• Standardize operations and create job manuals
• Conduct work study and research to optimize production efficiency
• Solve production site problems and implement quick reaction measures
• Improve manufacturing processes and develop automation devices

Requirements

• College degree or above in mechanical electronics or related fields
• Familiarity with industrial engineering, manufacturing system design, and process optimization
• Good English communication skills and computer application skills

Nice to Haves

• At least 3 years' work experience in joint-venture or wholly owned enterprise
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Excellent professionalism and teamwork spirit
