Your Role

In this role, you will assist AME engineers in designing and producing manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing standardized operations and work instructions
• Conducting work hour research and allocating personnel
• Designing manufacturing systems and processes
• Eliminating waste and balancing production lines to improve efficiency and reduce personnel
• Resolving production site issues and implementing quick responses
• Solving production site technical issues and assisting the quality department in resolving assembly area quality issues
• Continuously improving processes and implementing lean thinking
• Developing automation devices and standardized processes to improve assembly performance

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A college degree or above in mechanical electronics or a related field
• Familiarity with industrial engineering, manufacturing system design, and process optimization knowledge
• Good English communication ability and computer application skills

Nice to Haves

• At least 3 years' work experience in a joint-venture or wholly owned enterprise
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Excellent professionalism and teamwork spirit
