Key Responsibilities
  • Follow safety management requirements and identify potential safety risks to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Perform molding production, welding, printing, material handling, and assembly/packaging tasks as per Work Instruction (WI) requirements.
  • Assemble products using specific written instructions, blueprints, and drawings, and record accurate documentation in Production Control Documents.
  • Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent education.
  • Clean room production experience and familiarity with key points of clean room production environment control are preferred.
  • Ability to stand and move about, including reaching, bending, and grasping.
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Not limited to male or female, 20-45 years old, with good working attitude, honesty, patience, and carefulness.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
  • Will to accept job rotation within different cells as per business needs.
  • Will to attend overtime if required.
