Job Title: Senior Medical Representative

At 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team. As a Senior Medical Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, clinical trials, and product developments to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
