Job Overview

Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences in the logistics and distribution sector? We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive ongoing experience. Establish effective communication channels to address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Onboarding - Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our services and operational procedures. Provide training on our digital tools to enhance their experience.
  • Customer Support - Manage customer orders and ensure all operational details are accurate and up-to-date. Assist clients with their day-to-day needs and advocate for their requirements within the organization.
  • Cost Optimization - Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies while collaborating with the sales team to explore potential growth avenues.
  • Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards, contributing to a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with various internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Continuous Development - Engage in ongoing professional development to deepen your understanding of our services and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or shipping environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in an international setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
