Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IRD Captain to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff is working together as a cohesive team to provide outstanding service and meet guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to cleanliness standards and protocols.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the appropriate department or contact directly for urgent repairs.
  • Report employee, guest, and/or vendor incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members, documenting pertinent information in the appropriate department.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
