Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report any anomalies or issues that may impact warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
