Job Purpose:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing accounting transactions in accordance with our Service Level Agreement and defined performance standards. You will also be expected to deliver high-level customer service within your areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be involved in the APAC FSSC Program and fulfill commitments that align with the program's objectives.
  • Be responsible for onsite accounting migration programs.
  • Process AP functions to ensure finance data accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate with local entities to resolve problems.
  • Work with local entities to process cut-offs in accordance with the defined closing calendar.
  • Provide excellent service as defined in the Service Level Agreement and respect FSSC commitments to internal and external clients.
  • Collect KPI data and provide comments to management.
  • Enhance customer stratification through continuous improvement and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Perform assigned tasks by management.
