Job Purpose:
- Process accounting transactions in line with Service Level Agreement and defined performance standards.
- Deliver high-level customer service within responsible areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be involved in the APAC FSSC Program and fulfill commitments that align with program objectives;
- Be responsible for onsite accounting migration programs;
- Process AP functions to ensure finance data accuracy;
- Effectively communicate with local entities for problem-solving;
- Timely work with local entities to process cut-offs in accordance with defined closing calendars.
- Provide good service defined in Service Level Agreements and respect FSSC commitments to internal and external clients;
- Collect KPI data to management with comments;
- Enhance customer stratification through continuous improvement, and maintain good relationships with clients;
- Perform assigned tasks by management.
