Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze regional market trends, identify target businesses, and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and protecting the company's reputation.
  • Collect and analyze market information, competitor data, and customer needs, providing regular reports to the company.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal engineers to define project scope, technical specifications, and transfer information as needed.
  • Responsible for project quotations, business negotiations, and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with partners to track project progress and handle all business matters.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and approval of projects.
  • Provide training and support to new colleagues.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in tooling sales and technology.
  • Practical experience in business development and non-standard tooling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Good computer competence, especially in MS Office.
