Tool Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Analyze regional market trends, identify target businesses, and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and protecting the company's reputation.
- Collect and analyze market information, competitor data, and customer needs, providing regular reports to the company.
- Coordinate with customers and internal engineers to define project scope, technical specifications, and transfer information as needed.
- Responsible for project quotations, business negotiations, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaborate with partners to track project progress and handle all business matters.
- Follow up on customer feedback and approval of projects.
- Provide training and support to new colleagues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in tooling sales and technology.
- Practical experience in business development and non-standard tooling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Good computer competence, especially in MS Office.
