Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our team at GroupM, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing media plans that drive business results.
About GroupM
GroupM is the leading global media investment management group, serving as the parent to WPP's media agencies. Our primary purpose is to maximize the performance of WPP's media agencies by operating as leaders and collaborators in trading, content creation, sports, digital, finance, and proprietary tool development.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need around 1-2 years of media planning experience, with strategic planning experience. You should be an independent, self-driven individual with a highly responsible nature. You must be able to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges. Energetic, thinking differently, clear about career objectives, and good command of English skills are essential.
Responsibilities of the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily execution jobs
- Developing implementation media plans and monitoring the whole process from briefing to post-buy
- Ensuring regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately
- Ensuring that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
- Working with internal specialist resources and group resources
