Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our team at ZF Group.

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining operational data collection processes, ensuring seamless exchange and reporting between site operations and finance. You will also participate in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations meetings, providing expert advice and challenging the status quo.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing operations data from Navision, PowerBI, SAP, and other systems to identify areas of inefficiency and potential for improved performance and cost savings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with global instructions and policies.
  • Liaising with Divisional material controlling on global initiatives.
  • Coordinating investment proposals, footprint studies, and capacity expansion projects.
  • Leading feasibility projects for operational analysis.
  • Supporting management in reviewing operational matters.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A business or finance-related degree with relevant experience of at least 5-7 years.
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, logistics, inventory management, costing, and supplier valuation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across AP regions.
  • Strong quantitative, data collation, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and a positive response to changes.
