Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in the overall execution of market research projects, ensuring timely delivery and taking main responsibility in proposal preparation.
  • Assist in drafting research materials, including questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, and report charting, with a focus on error-free writing and key takeaway messages.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with necessary supervision from project leaders, prepare content analysis/summary of IDIs, and assist in qualitative report preparation.
  • Be familiar with basic market research methodology/industry knowledge and take responsibility in overall project management with minimal support from project leaders.
  • Communicate effectively with supporting modules, such as FW, Data Process, and Quality Control teams, to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Manage time and resources effectively when handling multiple studies.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to analysts/researchers or interns if available.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
