Market Research Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Expert to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Market Research Expert, you will be responsible for working as a market expert in the IT office equipment market and being the owner of project design, execution, report compilation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a market expert in the IT office equipment market and be the owner of project design, execution, report compilation, and presentation.
  • Understand client's data request and deep dive into the database to find appropriate explanations.
  • Prepare PPT reports and industry Whitepaper based on industry knowledge.
  • Design interview questionnaires to better understand the market from the consumer side.
  • Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the consumption industry and able to meet with and present to C-suite level or global leadership team from client's side to drive meaningful business conversations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of working experience in Consulting, market research industry. International business-related experience in 3C and IT industry is preferred.
  • Strong business understanding in Tech and Durable goods market.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach.
  • Good command of Microsoft skill, including Excel (Pivot), Access DB, and PPT.
  • English skill must be workable for both oral and writing.
  • Critical thinking and willing to communicate internally and externally.
