Job Title: Data Analyst Manager

Goodyear is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Manager to join our team in CN - RHQ. As a key member of our Consumer Insights and Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques to inform business strategy and drive actionability.
  • Lead market research initiatives in line with the APAC business strategy, including research design, sampling strategy, data collection, and data analysis plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the APAC Insights and Analytics strategy.
  • Present data and insights to stakeholders and train teams across APAC.
  • Ensure continuous alignment and strategic partnership with APAC and Country Marketing and Executive Leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and consumer research.
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer products and MNC environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with a market research/data analytics agency.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis software e.g. SPSS.
