Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up equipment at client sites, ensuring all components are thoroughly inspected for quality and functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with team members and clients to resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance and optimization of equipment to prevent operational issues.
  • Provide training to clients on equipment usage and maintenance, addressing any inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including documentation of service reports and technical assessments.
  • Spend a significant portion of time in controlled environments, working with both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Adapt to management directives based on organizational needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong mechanical understanding and familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols is essential.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
  • Ability to perform offline analysis and utilize various analytical tools.
  • Open-minded with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for learning and professional development.
