Visionary Technical Program Manager Lead

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in the development of innovative optical modules. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the product development cycle from concept to mass production, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to drive project success.
• Product Development Management: Oversee the entire product development cycle, including concept definition, requirements gathering, and production launch.
• Vendor Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Project Monitoring and Control: Track progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Communication and Reporting: Present project status and progress to management and key stakeholders through regular program forums and reports.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In technical program management, preferably in optical module technologies or electrical components.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, optics, or a related field.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven track record of leading complex projects, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
